Cancellations and Changes
- Ojai Transportation Services understands that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable.
- Unless otherwise agreed to and provided in writing, the following applies:
Trips cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fare.
Please check flight status and notify us of changes as soon as possible.
- No shows will be charged full fare, plus wait time.
- Wait time for pick up to the airport begins immediately ,please be ready to go at the designated time.
- Wait time for late arrivals will be billed at $40.00 per hour (30 min grace period).
- Unscheduled stops will be billed at $20.00 for 20 minutes,then $1.00 per minute after.
- If at anytime service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or abuse of any kind no refund will be given.
- Rates, charges and terms are subject to change without notice.
Excess Cleaning and Damage- Cleaning fees may apply for muddy, dirty driveways and or messy eaters in the vehicle.
- Damage to the vehicle caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.
Traffic issues
- Ojai Transportation Services is not responsible for traffic issues beyond our control. We will make every effort to get you to your destination on time.
- Driver is not responsible for longer wait times due to traffic congestion at arrivals, if you want faster pick ups at arrivals use meet and greet option when booking.
